Gasca la cuptor

Gasca la cuptor cu mar copt si cartofi steak

Ingrediente:

  • gasca de casa ,
  • zarzavat,
  • sare,piper,boia
  • ulei

Preparare:

Se transeaza  gasca in bucati potrivite , se fierbe cu zarzavaturi si sare dupa gust pana carnea e bine patrunsa.

Cand e  fiarta bine  carnea de gasca, se condimenteaza cu sare, piper, putina boia si se da la cuptor pana prinde o crusta aurie.

La aceasta friptura delicioasa, iti recomand ca si garnitura cartofi steak  si  mar copt umplut cu gem de afine si nuca.
